Ranger Caribbean Chocolate Bar

Crafted by George Domurot in partnership with Chef Gregory Gourdet, this Silver Medal chocolate bar blends Caribbean traditions and bold cacao flavor. Mango, coconut, sea salt are mixed in with a a bit of habanero and ginger.

A collaboration with friends at kann restaurant, this bar takes inspiration from Ranger founder George Domurot’s Puerto Rican and chef Gregory Gourdet’s Haitian roots. They combined their favorite Caribbean flavors and memories into a unique chocolate bar experience. Sales from this bar support ethical cacao farming in Haiti.
