How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We monitor weather conditions for every destination. During warmer months or for shipments to hot climates, we include biodegradable insulation and cold packs to ensure your craft chocolate arrives in perfect condition.
What makes 'craft' chocolate different from industrial chocolate?
Craft chocolate is focused on transparency, ethical sourcing, and flavor. Unlike mass-produced bars, our makers use minimal ingredients, high-quality cacao beans, and pay farmers significantly above Fair Trade prices.
Are your chocolates vegan or allergen-free?
Many of our dark chocolate bars are naturally vegan, containing only cacao, cocoa butter, and sugar. However, we recommend checking the specific ingredient list and 'may contain' statements on each product page for allergy information.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to customers across the United States and Canada. We take great care in packaging to ensure that the delicate flavor profiles of our international bars are preserved during transit.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
How should I store my craft chocolate?
Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place between 60-70°F (15-21°C), away from direct sunlight and strong odors. We do not recommend refrigeration, as it can cause sugar bloom or affect the texture.
