Bryan from Fruition takes the smooth OKO Caribe cacao and adds milk and churned brown butter to make this rich interpretation of a classic milk chocolate. The hand made butter is locally sourced from the nearby Ronnybrook Farm.

This sweet truffle like chocolate tastes like deep caramel, and has a long mild fruit finish.
