50% Milk chocolate filled with cream cheese and almond praline with cookie pieces.

Milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content, filled with a crunchy, biscuity almond praline layer and a soft cheesecake ganache made from cream cheese, white chocolate, almond praline, a yogurt couverture, a dash of lemon and a hint of vanilla. Between these two delicious layers, we brush a wafer-thin blueberry couverture.
