Introduced to Madagascar at the beginning of the 20th century, cocoa found there one of its finest terroirs for expression. It is from this exceptional land that this 75% dark chocolate, Bejofo 75, originates. To create Trinitario, growers combined the finesse of Criollo with the power of Forastero.
