Fernglen Farm is a sheep milk farming family neighbouring Lucid’s production site. They have been producing premium sheep milk for years, and Lucid has been testing chocolate with it since our inception. Cameron, who pioneered their move to sheep milking from conventional farming, has been friends with Johnty since youth. This bar is a tribute to locality and friendship, through the medium of soft and creamy sheep milk. Notes of toasted caramel and sweet cream. The texture is smooth and dense with a clean melt.
