The elusive Mulberry. It is the epitome of a flavour berry with potency in droves and being unrivalled in sharpness & sweetness. Not commercially grown in New Zealand, Lucid hand-harvested these with care from their family tree before freeze-drying, then adding them to milk chocolate at a high percentage. The result is a sharp milk chocolate, unapologetically bursting with Mulberry. Primary notes of blackberry and tart citrus. The texture is creamy with a subtle, crisp finish from the fruit inclusions. Pair this bar with a soft bloomy rind cheese or a cup of herbal tea.
