Fruition Dominican Nacional Dark Milk 68%

Originally native to Ecuador, this cacao was brought to the D.R. in the 1970s and planted in clonal gardens. Fruition is one of the first chocolate makers in the U.S. to craft chocolate from this special lot of nacional beans.
