Fjak Cinnamon Fermented Tanzania Microlot 70% (Explorer Series)

Fijak's limited edition cocoa Explores series, truly celebrate the diversity of single origin fine cocoa. Here at Fijak we take the opportunity to source and experiment with microlot editions from smaller cocoa growing projects. Kokoa Kamili took a limited batch of their 2023 harvest to new heights- by adding cinnamon spice to the cocoa beans during the fermentation process. Fijak was honored to source four sacks of these special spice-fermented beans- the resulting chocolate is a rich, spiced delight with notes of golden raisin, rum and festive mince pie.
