Eigen Dark Chocolate Dominican Republic 82%

Eigen has several bars with the cacao from the beautiful Zorzal Reserve in the Dominican Republic. This one is dark, but not too bitter, it's balanced with tart fruit, malt, and deep cocoa flavors. It's lightly tannic like you expect from a higher percent bar but quite enjoyable even if you prefer a sweeter dark chocolate.
